Why did you choose a kitset build?
I'm a builder and was looking to build in Rarotonga so a kitset home just made sense.
Why did you go with Kit Homes?
After doing some research and looking at different kitset options, Kit Homes stood out. I liked the designs on offer and the process looked really straightforward.
How was your experience with Kit Homes?
Very positive! We're really pleased with the house and working with Matt from Kit Homes was super easy. A few curveballs cropped up which was expected with getting materials shipped from NZ to Rarotonga, but Matt was onto it and overall the project went smoothly.
Did the kitset meet your expectations?
Definitely, we went with the Romeo design and are really happy with the layout and the little extras like the butler's pantry. The deck is also a real winner as we wanted to make the most of the indoor-outdoor flow.
Would you recommend Kit Homes?
For sure, we love the house, and Matt and the team were a pleasure to work with.
